We offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate our campers’ needs.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for camp registrations based on the following schedule:
Before August 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM (MDT) – 100% Refundable, minus the $100 Non-Refundable Deposit
August 12, 2026 and later – No Refunds
Deposits Refund
Deposits are not refundable at any time, for any reason. Orders not fully paid within 10 days of the final payment due date will automatically be cancelled and paid deposit fee will be forfeited.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us with your booking details. Include your name, the camp session, and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the booking.
Important Notes
Refunds requested after the August 11, 2026 cut-off date will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel camp sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund(including deposit) will be provided. For any questions regarding our refund policy, please contact our customer service team.
