We offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate our campers’ needs.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for camp registrations based on the following schedule:
Before July 11 – 100% Refundable
July 12 – August 11 – 50% Refundable
After August 11 – No Refunds
Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations
Deposits Refund
Deposits are fully refundable before the final payment due date. Orders not fully paid within 10 days of the final payment due date will automatically be cancelled.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us with your booking details. Include your name, the camp session, and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the booking.
Important Notes
Refunds requested after the August 11 cut-off date will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel camp sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. For any questions regarding our refund policy, please contact our customer service team.
