Camp Staff Positions

Dates: Aug 26-29, 2027

Location: Fairfield, ID ( 2hr from Boise)

Requirements

Woman, age 21 or older

Native/Fluent English Speaker

Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Current Boise, ID resident (or be able to provide own transportation to Boise)

Attend a mandatory 1 hour training session in Boise on Aug 21 (time and location TBD)

All staff must check-in the night before camp by 7pm on Thursday Aug 26

  • Lead 3-5 activities a day
  • Must be qualified to lead at least 5 activities from the below list from a variety of disciplines
  • Serve as a team lead to a group of 10-12 campers
  • Help out throughout camp as needed
 
  • Priority will be given to those that have one of the following specialized skills:
    • Archery
    • Lifeguard
    • Line Dancing
    • Crocheting
This is an unpaid volunteer position
  • Lead 1 activity a day (from any discipline)
  • Capture social media content throughout camp 
  • Must be comfortable behind and in front of the camera
  • Help out throughout camp as needed

Compensation

All positions are unpaid, unless otherwise indicated.

In exchange for your work, you would receive 1 free spot to the camp, including these benefits:

Media Release and Consent

As a condition of purchasing a ticket and participating in Camp Idah, I acknowledge and agree that Camp Idah Collective and its representatives, staff, and affiliates may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and participation during camp activities.

I grant Camp Idah Collective and its representatives, staff, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute these photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media for lawful purposes related to Camp Idah, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing and promotional materials, in print, digital, and online formats

  • Social media accounts, newsletters, and websites

  • Future camp promotions, informational materials, and advertising

I understand that these materials may be used without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which I appear and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from their use.

By purchasing a ticket to Camp Idah, I acknowledge and agree to this Media Release as part of the conditions of participation.
