At Camp Idah, we understand that plans can change. 

We offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate our campers’ needs. 

 

Refund Eligibility 

Refunds are available for camp registrations based on the following schedule:

Before July 27, 2027 at 11:59 PM (MDT) – 100% Refundable, minus the $100 Non-Refundable Deposit

July 28, 2027 and later – No Refunds

 

 

 

Deposits Refund

Deposits are not refundable at any time, for any reason. Orders not fully paid within 10 days of the final payment due date will automatically be cancelled and paid deposit fee will be forfeited.

 

 

Refund Process 

To request a refund, please email us  with your booking details. Include your name, the camp session, and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the booking. 

 

 

Important Notes 

Refunds requested after the July 27, 2027 cut-off date will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel camp sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund(including deposit) will be provided.

 

No refunds after the cut off date will be made for any medical or family emergencies. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your purchase.

Media Release and Consent

As a condition of purchasing a ticket and participating in Camp Idah, I acknowledge and agree that Camp Idah Collective and its representatives, staff, and affiliates may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and participation during camp activities.

I grant Camp Idah Collective and its representatives, staff, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute these photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media for lawful purposes related to Camp Idah, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing and promotional materials, in print, digital, and online formats

  • Social media accounts, newsletters, and websites

  • Future camp promotions, informational materials, and advertising

I understand that these materials may be used without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which I appear and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from their use.

By purchasing a ticket to Camp Idah, I acknowledge and agree to this Media Release as part of the conditions of participation.
