1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are not existing campers of Camp Idah as of the start date of the giveaway. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Camp Idah and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Existing camp members are strictly prohibited from participating.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on July 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (MST) on July 15, 2025. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
To gain entries, participants must:

1. Subscribe to the Camp Idah Newsletter with a valid email. Existing subscribers will automatically be entered to win.
2. Optionally complete any of the additional tasks outlined at https://campidah.com/giveaway. Each additional task can only be completed once per unique newsletter subscription.

4. Prize
The winner will receive 1 twin size cabin spot for the 2025 camp session. This prize does not included the Horseback Riding Excursion participation fee or any other additional fees not covered by the base camp reservation fee.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.

Upon selection, any additional entries that the winner has submitted will be verified. In the case of an uncompleted task, winner will be discarded and new winner will be selected. 

6. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow Camp Idah to use their name and email for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions
Camp Idah reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Camp Idah’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Camp Idah is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

8. Miscellaneous

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering this Giveaway , you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Camp Idah and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Giveaway will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaway , even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the parties.
