Liability Waiver

I will be participating in Adult Women’s Summer Camp at Camp Idah on September 11-13, 2026. I recognize that there are risks involved in participating in this activity and hereby assume all risk of injury, harm, damage, or death in connection with my participation in this activity. I understand and agree that neither Camp Idah Collective nor its employees or representatives may be held liable in any way for any injury, harm, damage, or death that may occur to me as a result of my participation in this activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to save and hold harmless Camp Idah Collective, its employees and representatives from any claim by myself, my estate, heirs, successors, assigns or other persons arising out of my participation in the activity.

Water Activities: I understand that certain camp activities may include water-based recreation such as fishing and swimming. I acknowledge that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, impact injuries, hypothermia, and drowning. I acknowledge that Camp Idah Collective does not provide lifeguards or trained water safety personnel during any water activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety and participation in water activities is entirely at my own risk. 

Rock Climbing Wall: I understand that participation in rock climbing wall activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, slipping, equipment failure, and impact injuries. I acknowledge that the climbing wall may be operated by Camp Idah Collective staff or by independent third-party instructors, and that no guarantee is made regarding the condition of the equipment or the skill or training of any supervising personnel. I acknowledge and agree that it is my choice to participate and that I do so entirely at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Camp Idah Collective, its employees, representatives, and any associated third-party instructors or operators from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in rock climbing wall activities.

Carpool Services: I acknowledge that Camp Idah Collective may assist in facilitating carpools, ride-sharing, or shuttle services to and from camp or related activities. I understand that these transportation options are provided as a courtesy only and that Camp Idah Collective does not own, operate, or control the vehicles or drivers involved. I expressly assume all risks associated with travel to and from camp, including but not limited to automobile accidents, personal injury, or property damage. 

Third-Party Vendors: I acknowledge that certain activities during Camp Idah may be provided, hosted, or operated by independent third-party vendors. I understand and agree that Camp Idah Collective has no ownership, control, or responsibility over the operations, safety, or conduct of these third-party vendors. I further acknowledge that my participation in any activity provided by such vendors is entirely voluntary and at my own risk.

I authorize Camp Idah Collective through its employees or representatives to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment for me as may be necessary should any injury, harm or accident occur to me while participating in this activity. I understand and acknowledge that Camp Idah Collective does not provide health or medical insurance in connection with the activity and I agree that I will be financially responsible for any bills incurred as a result of medical treatment.
