Media Release

I hereby grant Camp Idah Collective and its representatives, staff, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to take, use, and publish photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media of me taken during camp activities.

 

I understand that these images and recordings may be used for:

  • Marketing and promotional materials (print, digital, and online)
  • Social media, newsletters, and websites

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or materials where my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of these materials.

 

I understand that participation in photos or media is voluntary and that no camp services are conditioned upon this release.

Incidental Appearance Notice: I understand that if I choose not to agree to the Media Release above, Camp Idah Collective will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing me as a primary or intentional subject in photos, videos, or other media. However, I acknowledge that Camp Idah is a group environment and that it may not be possible to fully exclude me from all media captured during camp activities. I understand that I may still appear incidentally or in the background of photos or recordings taken in public or group settings, and that such incidental appearances may be used in promotional or informational materials so long as I am not the focal point of the media. I acknowledge that this incidental capture is unavoidable in a shared space and agree that such background or non-featured appearances do not constitute a violation of my choice not to opt into the Media Release.
